Puesta del Sol Reviews

We visited Playa las Tortugas for the first time and stayed at Villa Puesta del Sol. The house was very well-equipped, so much so that many of the things we brought with us - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels - were superfluous, they thought of everything!

The grounds are beautiful and pristine. The beach is quiet, uncrowded and spectacular. The pool near our house was large and offered shaded seating. We were sent detailed instructions ahead of time and we were able to plan a fun horseback riding tour of the beach and neighboring coconut plantation.

After having visited many of the beach towns along the Nayarit coast and Puerto Vallarta, this is our new favorite. Will return!
